Started with a MaCaw Mango 6, swaped out the Shimano Tourney derailleur for a Shimano STX, junked the twist grip shifter and replaced it with a simple econo thumb shifter, added Schwelbe Fat Frank in place of the origional white walls, upgraded the saddle and added cork grips.
